The WRPG’s Fall Programing Kicks Off at BROS HQ with Planar Taxi Co.

We are back from our summer break, and ready to rock your world with our slate of rpg liveplays! First up is the continuing adventures of the Planar Taxi Co. on August 22nd at 7pm at Baltimore Rock Opera Society Headquarters! We are so excited about this amazing partnership! WRPG and BROS together at last! Join us there for the final story arc of PTC, where old mysteries return and new allies must join the fight. Prime starts now! The WRPG is a collective of Local Maryland nerds, artists, performers, and dreamers who set out in 2023 to create and perform an episodic RPG Liveplay for audiences at a local Baltimore theatre. The result was the hilarious sci-fi sitcom themed Planar Taxi Co., which tells the story of a group of interstellar cabbies who ferry all kinds of creatures to all corners of the multiverse, and the adventures they have along the way. Following the success of the first Season of PTC, the idea was hatched to expand into an entire TV-style Network that could produce multiple ongoing RPG Liveplays of different genres, as well as cover the news and events of the local tabletop game creator scene across Maryland. The WRPG was born.

Our Mission is to spread the excitement of role playing games to audiences everywhere through liveplay events, partnerships with local game creators, and engaging coverage of the rpg and tabletop gaming community.
